Private Planet's role and relationship based DPS allows for business role and business relationship-based software functionality. Using the Enterprise Community Toolkit (expected to be launched in 2011 – pre-release available) – enterprise IT managers can create their own digital enterprise communities with appropriate roles and relationships attributed to different staff members.
These features enable role based messaging so that for example a Manager can message "All staff that report to him/her".
